Four years ago I sent you the below message, and again a part of Chios burnt down.

Again these devasting fires, so many mastic-trees (worldwide unique ), so many olive-trees,apparently

the only pine tree forest on the island burnt, so many animals died off, again a burnt earth !!
 And again I ask for your help, to support the Chian inhabitants in this difficult time and to give them courage and faith fot their future.
By the way ,fortunately the Chioslovers-forest is situated in another part of the island and it is saved !
 10 000 trees for Chios !
 Dear friends,
 we all are very shocked about  these fires all over the world, but also we are very sad 

about the fire in Chios, our magical island.
Many of you I met first in the dreamy bay of Limenas, there began our Chios-lover friendship.
 
A             tree is a symbol of life, in this sense it would be helpful to start a worldwide campaign,

in order to reconstruct together with the Chian inhabitants a healthy, ecological environment

in Chios.Would it not be a must for everybody who feels responsible for our world to participate.
